Bootcamp sessions I just love. Keep doing what you’re doing please!

I’ve never stuck at any bootcamp till now! This has become an amazing new part to my weekly routine, twice a week.

The venue is perfect, i get the fresh air but stay dry! Adam is such an informed and experienced coach who if friendly, welcoming and really explains why he is doing things the way he has planned them, and every session is different. From fun themed days, and games, sometimes I forget I’m exercising. I love it and could t recommend it enough to anyone. You can get an amazing working no matter if you're super fit and strong or at the start of your fitness journey.

To sum it up - I just love it!

The learning aspect, I love learning about the body and how it works in a fitness sense. The teaching points help me understanding why I’m doing what I’m doing. It helps a lot and it’s really interesting.


The variety of workouts too and the genuine friends I’ve been able to make! Bootcamp attracts a nice crowd.

I have really struggled with confidence and the community is a safe space, the PT sessions really have improved this and I can see the progression.

This bootcamp and community have really changed my outlook on exercise. I joined reluctantly because I knew I needed to get moving to improve my health. I hated exercise and never lasted at anything I had tried previously. Well over a year later I am still attending bootcamps and PT sessions. The variety of the sessions keep me engaged, I love the encouragement I have received from this group and the expert advice and motivation from Adam has spurred me on to continue to make my health and fitness goals a priority - Thank you!

All the PT sessions have been excellent and Adam puts so much time and effort into planning the sessions

Adam is an excellent trainer, probably one of the best I have worked with. Adam is very knowledgeable and will always push me to the max, Adam knows what I am capable of and what my strengths and weaknesses are. Adam will always go above and beyond to ensure we have a good sessions. The music is always blasting and we always have so much fun.
